It is made of ceramic wool as the main raw material with adding inorganic binder, and through batching, pulping, mold forming, heating and curing process. The conventional application thickness of ceramic wool pipe shell is 100-200 mm, and the pipe diameter is 200-800 mm.

The ceramic wool pipe shell is composed of inorganic fiber and inorganic adhesive. The fire resistance rating reaches Class A, and the maximum fire resistance temperature exceeds 1000 ºC, which meets the refractory material standard. 2. Low thermal conductivity
The ceramic wool pipe shell has low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance in all temperature ranges. At normal temperature, the thermal conductivity is less than 0.038; The thermal conductivity is less than 0.057 at 100 ºC; The thermal conductivity is less than 0.085 at 350 ºC. 3. High compressive strength
The ceramic cotton tube shell is prepared by wet batching, and the materials are evenly mixed. After being quickly dried by microwave drying equipment, the overall strength of the tube shell is greatly increased to 0.3MPa. 4. Moisture-proof and waterproof
The ceramic wool pipe shell has excellent hydrophobicity, with hydrophobicity greater than 98% and water absorption less than 1%, which can effectively prevent the damage of the insulation system caused by moisture ingress. 5. Sound absorption and noise reduction
Ceramic wool pipe shell belongs to fiber products, which has excellent sound absorption and noise reduction function, with noise reduction coefficient of more than 0.9, and can play a good role in blocking the fluid noise inside the pipe.
6.Safety and environmental protectionThe ceramic cotton pipe shell is made of inorganic water-soluble adhesive, which can withstand high temperature of about 1000 ºC. Under high temperature environment, it will not burn, change, emit toxic gases and pollute the environment.
